Moon Lake Birthday Weekend

We went to Moon Lake for my birthday and had a wonderful time. Thanks to Katie and Jack for hosting us and Natalie and Josh too. Also thanks to Lauren and Matthew for driving down to celebrate with me!

We had a great time at Moon Lake last weekend. Thanks for letting us stay, Katie! The only pictures I took were of Georgia and Katie painting! Only Katie would let a baby paint on a towel on her oriental rug! Georgia had a great time and painted a beautiful picture. It is hanging in Katie's house!

A Visit with the Cousins

On the way to Sandestin we stopped in Mobile to visit my cousins. It gave Georgia a good break from being in the car. It was so fun and we are going back to spend the 4th of July weekend with them!

One Year Stats

We went to see Dr. D yesterday for our one year check up. Georgia is a very tall girl! She is 31 inches tall (95th percentile) and she weighs 20lbs and 6 oz ( 50th percentile). She had to get her finger pricked which didn't seem to bother her much, however she hated the band aid they put on her finger. It didn't take her long to get it off. Then she got 2 shots. Ouch. She screamed so loud and held her breath so long before that first scream it scared me! She got a sucker right after the dreaded event and calmed down right away.

Georgia is ONE

I can't believe my baby is one! She had a great birthday party! We did a little swimming, some cake eating and a lot of running around the back yard.
